New Delhi: Indian Embassy in Ukraine has issued an advisory that Indian students in the city should leave the Kharkiv city immediately. If they did not find any vehicle to travel to safer destinations, they were told to embark on foot, if you want to be safe in the face of any unforeseen circumstances.
