Sircilla: Praja Shanthi Party founder KA Paul was assaulted and beaten by TRS activists on Monday, in Jakkapur village who is going to console the suicide farmer’s family members. He criticized Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao and his son KTR, who is the local MLA of Sircilla on the suicides and farmers issues.

The incident occurred in the village of Jakkapur, which borders the districts of Siddipet and Sircilla. The event took place in the presence of police officers. The police shifted KA Paul to a safe location and attempted to apprehend the person who tried to assault him. Paul was on his way to Sircilla to meet with farmers who had sustained losses due to the recent unexpectedly high rainfall.
