Ram Nath Kovind Administered the Oath with Modi, 58 Ministers

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi took oath as Prime Minister for second term on Thursday at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi. President Ram Nath Kovind administered the oath with Narendra Modi as Prime Minister.

        President also administered the oath of 25 cabinet ministers, eight state ministers (Independent Charge), and 24 state ministers. JDU members not inducted in the cabinet, the other BJP allied Akalidal, Sivasena and LJP parties joined the cabinet. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inducted six women MP’s and 20 new members in his cabinet. Due to ill health external minister sushma swaraj and finance minister Arun Jaitley are volunterly side line from the cabinet.

     Former minister Maneka Gandhi was not continued in the cabinet. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday morning paid rich tributes to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Wajpayee.

     Later Prime Minister laid a boquie near the Military battle memorial beside India Gate. BJP National president Amit Shah accompanied with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to paid tributes at Raj Ghat, at Samadhi Saidhaav Atal at 07 am on Thursday.
