Hyderabad: Telangana Government has accorded a State funeral to Tollywood Superstar Krishna. Superstar Krishna’s mortal will bring from his residence in Nanakramguda to Padmalaya Studios at 7 am on Wednesday and keep his mortal for the visit of public upto 12 pm.
Then Krishna’s funeral processions will starts from 1 pm and last rites will be conducted at 4 pm at Mahaprasthanam crematory.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao visited Krishna’s mortal at his residence on Tuesday and paid floral tributes to him. Mourning the demise of the legendary star Krishna, he said that I have lost a dear friend today. He also served as a parliamentarian. Krishna garu hosted me on many occasions and I liked his simple and straightforward nature. I watched Alluri Sitarama Raju numerous times and when I discussed this with Krishna garu, he laughed and wondered if I really watched films. It is a film that tapped into the patriotic spirit of an average Indian.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy arrived here to pay tributes to Superstar Krishna on Wednesday. He arrived Hyderabad from Vijayawada on Wednesday and reached Padmalaya Studio.
