Jagan Refuses to Support on NRC in AP
Kadapa: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy clarified that his government was not allow the NRC in the state. He clarified that the YSR Congress government was not opposing the Muslims.
In his address, at RIMS hospitals at Kadapa he said that his friend, Deputy Chief Minister Amjad Basha is assured the Muslims are safe as the government is not supporting the NRC. He has discussed this issue with me, later he announced about the NRC, he said.
Jagan Mohan Reddy statement comes close to the decisions of several other chief ministers refusing to support the NRC despite voting in favour of the CAA.
