Hyderabad: A Special POSCO Court sentenced a 17 year old boy to rigorous life imprisonment for the rape and murder of a ten year old boy in the city. The Special POSCO Court Judge K. Sunitha delivered judgement a day before the victim’s death anniversary.

  A.P.P K. Prathap Reddy who conducted the prosecution said that this is the first time a juvenile who was in conflict with the law was awarded with the rigorous life imprisonment. The court opined that the offense committed by the accused was grave and heinous in nature.
