Former CM KCR announced financial assistance of Rs. 2.25 crore to the family members of ex-MLA Peddi Sudarshan Reddy
Hyderabad: BRS President and former CM KCR announced financial assistance of Rs. 2.25 crore to the family members of Narsampet ex-MLA Peddi Sudarshan Reddy.
KCR is scheduled to visit Nallabelli village in Narsampet constituency on Sunday, August 9th, to meet and console the family members of Sudarshan Reddy.
He died due to cardiac arrest on July 31st, 2026 at Yashoda Hospital. KCR thinks of the deceased MLA’s family welfare, he provided each Rs. 1 crore for the welfare of his two children and their future needs. And also provide assistance of Rs. 25 lakhs to the mother of the deceased MLA. He also assured that the party would continue to support the family’s welfare, particularly the children’s education and future, and stand by them in the long term.
KCR is also expected to meet BRS leaders, party workers and Peddi’s supporters in the constituency. The BRS leadership said further decisions on the family’s long-term welfare would be taken after the Dasadinakarma ceremonies, following consultations with senior party leaders and key leaders from the district.
