Boris Praises Hospital Staff: Owe Them My Life
London: Britain Prime Minister Boris Johnson said he owes his life to the staff of Britain’s state-run National Health Service. He said in his first comments since being released from ICU for the treatment for Covid-19 at St. Thomas Hospital in London. He was taken to St. Thomas Hospital a week ago suffering from persistent symptoms of the disease caused by the new corona virus.
He will get treatment in the ICU from April 06th to 09th in the hospital. Johnson told to the staff at the hospital that he can’t thank them enough, he owe them his life. Prime Minister’s office confirmed the comments were released to journalists on Sunday. His office described that he is in the early stage of recovery. Priti Patel, the interior minister, said in Saturday’s daily government news briefing that he needed time to rest and recover before returning to work.
