
Five Ministers inducted in Chouhan’s cabinet
Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan expanded his cabinet on Tuesday with five more Ministers. Madhya Pradesh Governor Lalji Tandon administered the oath of five Ministers at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday.
There was anticipation that key portfolios would be allocated, but that want to be, said Chouhan. The cabinet is small but balanced, and effort has been made to give representation to all sections of society, he said. Among the new five Ministers, the two of them are from the Jyothiraditya Scindia group. Narottam Mishra, Kamal Patel, Meena Singh, Tulsi Silawat and Govind Singh Rajput took oath as cabinet Ministers.
No portfolios have been allotted, but the Ministers have been put In-Charge of two divisions each to manage the fight against Covid- 19.
