Court Extends Chidambaram’s Custody

New Delhi: The ACB special court extended four days custody for Former Union Finance Minister P. Chidambaram on Monday. Earlier the court granted custody to CBI for five days on august 21st. due to the need of interrogation in INX media bribes case the court extended Chidambaram custody to CBI.

       Earlier, the Supreme Court rejected the anticipatory bail in the case on Monday. The Court not considered the senior lawyer Kapil Sibol’s argument on ED allegations against Chidambaram. The Chidambaram council’s not filed for the bail petition on the CBI arrest.
