
Political refugee camps in Palanadu
Guntur: Political parties in Guntur district are playing dominating politics in Guntur district in the disguise of attacks on rivals by conducting the refugee camps.
The TDP Supremo Chandra Babu Naidu gathered his party activists in Palanadu area in a refugee camp, alleging that his party men are forcibly vacated from the villages by the YSRCP activists. The TDP rivals in the villages are attacking on his party workers and they are now staying in the refugee camps.
The TDP Supremo Chandra Babu Naidu planned a meeting with the refugees in Atmakuru on Wednesday. He alleged that the YSRCP Government encouraging attacks on the TDP activists.

The YSRCP Sattenapalli MLA Ambati Rambabu said that Chandra Babu Naidu is leveling false allegations against his party members. The region Palanadu is now peaceful and not recorded any crime except petty cases, he said. The YSRCP also made arrangements to go for Atmakuru along with the victims and former MLAs Y. Srinivasa Rao, Gurajala, and the former Speaker K. Siva Prasad Rao, Sattenapalli on Wednesday. The YSRCP activists bear the atrocities made by the TDP activists during the past five years, he said. He called TDP Supremo Chandra Babu Naidu to come for a open debate on the atrocities made by the TDP in the past.
The A.P DGP Gowtham Sawang imposed CRPC section 144 and 30 Police Act in the Palanadu area, restricting the meetings and rallies etc. He urged all the parties to cooperate with the police to ensure law and order in the area.
