BJP Back Power in Maharashtra: Hung in Haryana

New Delhi: The General Elections results of Maharashtra and Haryana states revealed that the BJP emerged as a single largest party. The BJP-Siva Sena alliance got clear majority seats to form a collation government. In Haryana BJP won 40 seats out of 90 in the assembly, stood as a largest party in the assembly. It needed six more seats to form a government.

            But the JJP party won 10 assembly seats under the leadership of Dushyant Choutala. The congress party won only 31 seats in the elections. The remaining Nine are others.

        The results with party wise given below:

Maharashtra:    Total Seats 288

BJP                          105

Siva Sena                  56

Congress                  44

NCP                          54

Others                      29

Haryana:     Total Seats 90

BJP                           40

Congress                 31 

JJP                            10

Others                     09  

          The by polls results throughout the states for the assembly constituency, BJP won 30 and congress 12 and 10 others.
