
TDP associate units TNSF and TN Women Association activists attacked on the Deccan Chronicle office
Visakhapatnam: TDP associate units TNSF and TN Women Association activists attacked on the Deccan Chronicle office and vandalized door glasses, flower pots and set fire on Deccan Chronicle sign board and flexies. The DC management filed a complaint on this incident at the MVP police station.
The activists of TNSF and TN Women Association reached to the Deccan Chronicle office at MVP Colony on Wednesday. The activists were raising slogans against the Deccan Chronicle and against the staff in a vulgar language. They tried to beat them. The activists are attacked on the office in connection with a news item on Vizag Steel Plant privatization on Wednesday in the Deccan Chronicle paper.
The news item reveals that the TDP and its alliance Government is favour to the Centre’s decision to privatize the Vizag Steel Plant.
AP former Chief Minister and YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy condemned the raid on DC office at Vizag. This is very bad, the TDP Government wants to afraid the media which is going to publish against their policy. The CPI, CPI (M), Journalist Unions JAAP and APWUJ also condemned the attack on DC and request the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to take action against the culprits and to stop the attacks media.
