Jagan launched “Rajanna Badi Bata-Samuhika Aksharabhyasam” under “Amma Vadi”
Guntur: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy assured that he will bring revolution in education in the state. He launched “Rajanna Badi Bata-Samuhika Aksharabhyasam” (Rajanna way of school-mass practice of alphabets) program at Penumaka ZP High School in Guntur district on Friday. Nearly 2000 students attended for the program of “Rajanna Badi Bata-Samuhika Aksharabhyasam”.
Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy took the slates and started practice alphabets with the students. Speaking on the occasion he said that he will be very happy because he fulfilled his promise which gave assurance in his Padhyayatra to the mothers and sisters. He also assured that send your kids to the school I will support them as ‘uncle’. He will provide Rs. 15,000 to each mother, who send their childrens to school under the scheme of “Amma Vadi”. The “Amma Vadi” amount will be handover to the mothers every year on January 26th as a festival, he said.
He assured that he will bring revolutionary changes in the system of education in the state. He will promote the Government schools to compete with the corporate schools within two years. He advised the parents and elders to take a photograph of schools in your village and to compare the difference after two years. He said that there are 40, 000 schools in the state. He also upgrade all Government schools and introducing the teaching in English medium, but Telugu subject is compulsory in the state. He will provide all infrastructures to the schools, he will provide text books, uniforms and shoes at the time of joining the schools. He conveyed best wishes to the students and the mothers who participated in the program.
