Tirupati: The TTD revoked the categorization in the VIP break darshan tickets with immediate effect,

         TTD board chairman Y V Subba Reddy speaking to the media, said that as per the directions of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to allow more common devotees to the darshan of Lord Venkateshwara.

         The govt. decision to give priority to common people for darshan, the TTD decided to eliminate the categorization in darshan. Mr. Reddy said that the TTD will implement the decision to cancel L1, L2 and L3 darshan with immediate effect, which was the system introduced in 2012.

         Mr. Reddy said that however that it may take up to two days to develop the new software for cheaper picture of the system. It will come into effect thereafter. He also said that the new system is similar to the Archananthara darshan system, which was forced in before 2012.
