Vishakhapatnam: The LG Polymers eight member’s technical team started from its head quarters in Seoul in South Korea. The company released a press note on the visit of technical team to Vizag, to inspect the LG polymers company on the leakage of sterain gas vapours at the ground level.

According to the company statement, the LG Petro Chemicals president and other seven member’s technical team dispatched from Seoul head quarters. This team will work closely on ground along with the authorities to resolve the situation and assist with the real time remedial and rehabilitation methods.

The members of the technical team comprising experts from production, environment and safety areas, aims to investigate the cause of the incident and promptly support responsible rehabilitation which is the main objective of the task force. The president of LG Chem and the expert members will meet the victims and affected families to explain support methods in detail and also hold meetings with the local state government officials, said in the statement.
