New Delhi: The Union Government constituted a Group of Ministers (GoM) to review, monitor and evaluate the preparedness to contain the deadly Corona Virus infection in the country. The GoM held its first meeting on Monday.

The Ministers include in GoM are Harshavardhan, Hardeep Puri, S. Jaishanker, G. Kishan Reddy, Ashwini Kumar, Choubey and Manshuk Lal Mandaviya. The Minister of Health said that the GoM apprise of the three confirmed cases reported from Kerala and the measures taken to contain Corona Virus. The GoM also took note of the Government announcing temporary suspension of e-Visa facility for Chinese travelers and foreigners receding in the neighbouring country and a fresh advisory saying anyone with travel history to China since January 15^th can be quarantined.

The GoM informed that 645 people evacuated from Wuhan, and they have been admitted to quarantine centres of the army and ITBP in around the national capital. All inhabitants are medically examined on daily basis, though none of them have tested positive for Corona Virus.
