
KCR and Jagan lit the lamps at 9 pm on Sunday to fight against Covid- 19
Hyderabad: The people of Southern states lit the lights on Sunday as per the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to fight against the Covid- 19. The Chief Ministers and Governors of Southern states extended their solidarity to the Prime Minister’s call by litting up the lights and candles at their official residences or official camp offices.
The Ministers, MLAs, MPs and other officials are also participated in the lit of group diyas. Andhra Pradesh Governor Bishwabhusan Harichandan, Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, Chief Secretary Neelam Sawhney, DGP Goutham Sawang and other lit the lamps at the CM’s camp office.
Telangana Chief Minister KCR lit the lamp at Pragathi Bhavan along with the Ministers and officers etc. Telangana Governor Tamilisai also lit the lamp at Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad. Karnataka Chief Minister Yediyurappa, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister E. Palani Swamy, Governor and officials participated in the group litting of lamps. The other states also followed the Prime Minister’s call.
