Local Body Elections in AP: ZPTC, MPTC Notification Issued: SEC Dr. N. Ramesh Kumar
Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh state election commissioner Dr. N. Ramesh Kumar announced the local bodies election schedule on Saturday. The election commission is decided to conduct the elections to ZPTCs, MPTCs, Municipalities and Gram Panchayats.
The election commission is going to conduct ZPTC, MPTC elections in first phase, municipal elections in second phase and Gram Panchayati elections in third phase. Gram Panchayat elections will conduct in two phases.
The state election commissioner announced that the MPTC/ZPTCs election notification will came into force with immediate effect. The notifications of Municipal elections will issue on 09th and the Gram Panchayati elections notifications will issue on 15th March (I-Phase), on 17th March (II-Phase).
