Karnataka: The Karnataka disqualified 16 MLAs were inducted into BJP on Thursday at a function held at the BJP state office. Karnataka Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa presented the function.

   The BJP allotted Assembly tickets to 13 disqualified MLAs on Thursday, which is going bye-elections on December 5^th in the state. The BJP however sent ripples through political crisis but not inducting veteran Muslim leader and disqualified MLA Roshan Baig and denying the Shivjinagar ticket to him and instead of choose to give the ticket to a corporator M. Sharavana. The second surprise pertained to the Ranabennur segment for which the BJP choose not to announce the name of disqualified independent MLA R. Shanker though he was inducted in the party with sources saying that BJP is not sure of his poll prospects against Congress MLA candidate and former Assembly Speaker K.B. Koliwad.
