Jagan Met Amit Shah for “SCS” to AP
New Delhi: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy requested the Union Home Minister Amit Shah to take initiation for the Special Category Status to AP. He also requested Amit Shah to get the consent of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Special Category Status to AP.
AP Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy called on Union Home Minister Amit Shah at 05:15pm will north block on Friday. YSRCP Parliamentary party leader Vijay Sai Reddy, MPs V. Pradhakar Reddy, Midhun Reddy, Avinash Reddy, Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju, Former MP Y V Subba Reddy, CM Special principal secretary P V Ramesh accompanied with the CM.
After the meeting with Amit Shah AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy speaking with the media said that he discussed the all pending issues which are not solved in the AP re-organization act. He also said that the Special Category Status to AP, Re-Organization act implementation will be purview of Union Home Ministry.
He gave a letter to Amit Shah to solve the pending issues in Re-Organization act. He also requested Amit Shah for the financial support to the state. He clarified a media question on the post of Deputy Speaker in Parliament for his party, Jagan said that its only a imaginary, we are not asked any post to Amit Shah, they also not offer to us.
