Mumbai: The Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari called for the special Assembly session on Wednesday at 8 am, as per the directions of the Supreme Court. Maharashtra Governor Koshyari appointed BJP Senior MLA Kalidas Kolambkar as the Pro Tem Speaker of the Assembly.

   The Governor has administered the oath to Kolambkar as the Pro Tem Speaker of the Assembly, said Raj Bhavan sources. After assuming the Pro Tem Speaker Kalidas will administer the oath of 287 newly elected MLAs of Maharashtra Assembly.
