Modi, Kejriwal, Nitish Kumar announced exgratia to the fire victim families
New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi described the fire as extremely horrific and expressed his profound grief and sorrow on the incident. He announced an exgratia of Rs. Two lakhs to the bereaved family members paid from the PM Relief Fund.

The Delhi Chief Minister Aravind Kejriwal said it was very very tragic. He announced an exgratia of Rs. Ten lakhs for the next of kin of those who lost their lives. He also announced Rs. One lakh for the injured and said his Government would bear the cost of their hospital expenditure.
Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar expressed grief over the death of 43 people in massive fire Delhi on Sunday. He announced an exgratia of Rs. Two lakhs each to the next kin of the victims, who hailed from Bihar state. He also asked the State’s Resident Commissioner in Delhi, Joint Labour Commissioner and senior officials to take stock of the situation at the incident site and ensure that the injured belonging to the state get proper treatment, said in an official statement.
He also said a financial assistance of Rs. One lakh would be paid by the Labour Department and Rs. One lakh would be paid from the CM Relief Fund.
Congress President Sonia Gandhi expressed her deepest condolences to the bereaved family members, who died in the fire accident. She also urged the State and Central Government authorities to provide all assistance to victims and their kin.
