
Yamuna River Flows on Danger Mark in Delhi
New Delhi: The River Yamuna breeched the danger mark in New Delhi on Monday. The river was flowing @ 205.36 mts. Just above the danger mark of 205.33mts as per the Delhi official sources.
The official sources said that water level is expected to raise further as Haryana released 1.43 lakh QU’s H2O @ 6:00pm on Monday. The official closed the old bridge of Yamuna river.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal directed the officials to take precautionary measures, to evacuate the people living in low lying areas along the river.
