Hyderabad: To reduce the spreading of Covid-19 the Western Railway and Southern Railway has increased the rates of platform tickets Rs. 10 to 50 on Tuesday. The Western Railway implemented in eight zones of its jurisdiction nearly in 250 railway stations.

The Southern Railway also implemented the hike of platform tickets rates Rs. 10 to 50 in Chennai Central and other zones. The railway also cancelled 18 trains in the region of Western Railway, South Central Railway and Southern Railway limits from March 16^th to March 31^st. The Railway also implementing strict sanitation measures in the railway stations and as well as in the rail coaches also.
