Hyderabad:  After eight months Telangana Government has appointed retired Judge Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy as a Chairman of Telangana State Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC). To this effect state Government has issued notification.

        His appointment is with effect from 30^th October 2019. Vice Justice G. Bhavani Prasad the Chairman of ERC term of office expires on 29^th October 2019. The term of Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy as a Chairman of ERC will be for five years with effect from the date of enters upon his office or till he attains the age of 70 years whichever is earlier.
