
TSRTC JAC leaders gave up merger for talks
Hyderabad: The TSRTC JAC leaders announced that they are ready for talks without the merger of the RTC in the Government, on other 25 demands only on the agenda. The JAC leaders worried by the raising death toll of striking employees and step down their demands to initiate talks with the Government.
The JAC Convenor Ashwathama Reddy announced that they were postponing the demand of merger of RTC with the Government. He also said that the Government officials, MLAs and Ministers did not show any concern over the death of RTC employees or console their families. JAC Convenor in his speech said that the strike entered 41st day on Thursday, the Unions received information about three more employees- one dead and two in hospital. The RTC JAC leaders took the decision in an emergency meeting held with opposition parties.
