YS Jagan honoured volunteers with ‘Seva Awards’

Vijayawada: “Serve to human is service to the God” said Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy lauding the services rendering to the public by the volunteers in the State. He launched the felicitation program to the volunteers formally on Monday at Poranki in Penamaluru constituency in Krishna district, who are serving the people with service motto, not expecting any return from the public.

He saluted the volunteers who are delivering the pensions, ration cards, house sites and other Government schemes to the public without taking a single pie. He also lauded them it is a very good system in my Government without corruption all Government schemes will be delivered by the volunteers.

AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy felicitated Thaati Gadapa volunteer Noorjahan with “seva Vajra” gold medal award, bouquet and shawl. And also felicitated “seva Vajra “awardees  in the function.

AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy announced that the State Government is going to award the volunteers on the day of Ugadi every year with the awards of ‘Seva Mitra’, ‘Seva Ratna’ and ‘Seva Vajra’. The Government is going to honour the volunteers with a memento and Rs. 10 K cash to Seva Mitra, Rs. 20 K to Seva Ratna and Rs. 30 K to Seva Vajra awardees. I & PR and Transport Minister Perni Nani and Penamaluru MLA Parthasarathy also participated.
