Bengalore: Two Congress MLAs submitted their resignations to the assembly speaker. Vijayanagara MLA Anand Singh, Gokak MLA Ramesh Jarki Holi submitted their resignations for the post of MLA and the party primary membership. MLA Anand Singh submitted his resignation to Assembly speaker Ramesh in his residence; another MLA sent his resignation through fax to the speaker.
