Vijayawada: Guntur Court issued Non-bailable warrant on Thursday against Bihar Fire Services IG Sunil Nayak in connection with the custodial torture case of Dy. Speaker Raghurama Krishnam Raju.

The Guntur Court issued Non-bailable warrant against Sunil Nayak for not attending the Court hearings in several summons. The AP police are initiating steps to bring Sunil Nayak to AP from Bihar. The AP police filed the transit warrant in the Patna High Court last week, but the Patna High Court rejected to issue transit warrant against Sunil Nayak.

And also the Patna High Court directed the AP police not to arrest Sunil Nayak upto 30 days in any case.
