Hyderabad: Land in Hyderabad city has once again fetched a new record price of Rs. 237 crores/acre in Rayadurgam. TGIIC has set a new record by selling an acre of land for Rs. 237 crore/acre in the auction. 6 acres of 29 pits were auctioned in Survey No. 83/1 in Pan Makta, Rayadurgam.
TGIIC land auction received an unexpected response. The land was acquired by Gaura Ventures in this auction. It is known that the price per acre in the same area was Rs. 177 crore last year in October. That day, Rs. 1,357.59 crore was received for 7 acres.
There is good demand for the lands auctioned by TGIIC. A notification has been received for the auction of a total of 11.38 acres of land, including 6.29 acres in Plot 1A and 1F in Survey No. 83/1 and 5.09 acres in Plot No. P4. The price per acre has been confirmed at Rs. 139 crore. TGIIC is estimating that this auction will generate revenue of over Rs. 2,000 crore. The online auction for the lands in Plot No. P4 will be held on June 1st.
