
High Court Issued Notices to Congress Defected MLAs and MLCs
Hyderabad: Telangana High Court issued notices to the Congress MLAs and MLCs, who are joined in TRS. On the petition of Telangana Congress Party Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy and the CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka, High Court issued notices to the defection MLAs and MLCs.
The two leaders urged the High Court to disqualify the defected MLAs and MLCs from Congress to TRS. Telangana High Court issued notices to 10 MLAs, Assembly Speaker, Assembly Secretary, Election Commission on Tuesday.
The High Court issued notices to Congress MLAs Sudheer Reddy, Lingaiah, Hari Priya, Upender Reddy, Sabitha Indira Reddy, Rega Kantha Rao. A. Sakku, Harsha Vardhan Reddy, V. Venkateshwar Reddy and Jajula Narender. After hearing the petitions filed by the Uttam Kumar Reddy, Bhatti Vikramarka and MLC Shabbir Ali, the High Court issued notices to the party defected MLAs and MLCs. The High Court issued notices to four Congress MLCs MS Prabhakar Rao, Damodar Reddy, Santosh Kumar, Aakula Lalitha and Council Chairman, Council Secretary and Election Commission. The High Court adjourned the case for four weeks.
