Hyderabad: TV-9, Former CEO Ravi Prakash sent to Chanchalguda Jail on Friday night at 10:00pm, for a judicial remand of 14 days. He was allocated a cell in Krishna Barrack, with a number of 4412.

          The Banjara Hills police registered a case against him on the report of G.Singarao director of ABCPL, on the allegations of cheating and gross misappropriation of funds of the ABCPL and its share holders.

            According to the Banjara Hills police Ravi Prakash, TV-9 former Finance Director Murthy fraudulently drew huge sums of money and also paid Clifford Pereira. Within a period of nine months Ravi Prakash withdrew a total of Rs. 18,31,75,000 claiming it as a bonus and exgratia payments.

         Another Rs. 11,74,51,808 was withdrawn from the account through cheques issued by the two persons.
