Amaravathi: A Writ petition filed against the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N. Chandra Babu Naidu on the charges of funds misusing for his election benefits. B. Anil Kumar, spokesperson of Republican Party of India filed a Writ petition against Chandra Babu in A.P High Court of Friday.

  He urged the Court to recover the funds which was misused by Chandra Babu Naidu for his from his own account.  Before going to elections in 2019 he started new schemes with Government funds to benefit his party in the elections. He started the schemes “Annadaatha Sukheebhava” for farmers, “Pasupu-Kumkuma” for women etc, three months before elections, he said in the Writ petition.
