Modi Seeks United Fight Against Terrorists Activity

Bangkok: The Ten nation Asean clearly appreciated New Delhi’s growing role in the Indo-Pacific region as the two sites on Sunday. The India’s growth with a combined GDP of $ 5 trillion, vowed to further broad base strategic ties and deal with major challenges like of terrorism collectively.

         Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his address at the annual India-Asean summit, said that the mutual co-ordination between India’s vision of the Indo-Pacific and Asean outlook for the strategically key region which has been wittenessing growing Chinese assertiveness. He also said that about cross border terrorism, spread of violent extremism and the situation in the South China Sea.

          Asean (Association of South East Asian Nations) to unitedly confront major challenges facing the region. India’s act East policy is an important part of our Indo-Pacific region. Integrated, organized and economically developing Asian is India’s basic interest, said Modi.

           All the Asian countries appreciated India’s growing role in the region and that India’s growing role is factor of peace and stability in the region.
