Hyderabad: The Warangal Court Judge sent Telangana BJP President Bandi Sanjay for 14 days judicial remand on Thursday in a connection with SSC paper leakage case. He was taken into custody by the police on Tuesday night.

He was later moved to various police stations in different districts, raising questions about his whereabouts and safety. The BJP also filed a petition in the Telangana High Court on Wednesday, Calling it a case of illegal arrest and seeking to know the grounds for Bandi Sanjay’s detention and his current location.

According to FIR the police said he had been taken into preventive detention. He was later arrested over the leak of SSC exam papers.
