New Delhi: BRS MLC K. Kavitha was sent to Tihar Central Jail on Tuesday for 14 day judicial custody in the alleged liquor scam and money laundering case.

The Rouse Avenue Court special Judge ordered 14 day judicial custody to Kavitha, after ED producing her in the Court after nine day custody. Kavitha interacting with the media persons outside the Court Hall before entering into the Court, she said that it is not a money laundering case but it is political laundering case.

The ED fabricated the case against me; I will come out with clear hands from the case. The accused no.1 in the case joined BJP, the accused no. 2 is contesting from BJP and the 3^rd accused given Rs. 30 crores of Electoral Bond to BJP. This clearly shows that the case is a fabricated one. If, temporarily I may go to jail in the case but I will come out cleanly.
