Chandrababu’s Government hanging the services of 108 in the State: YS Jagan

Vijayawada: Former AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy alleged that Chandrababu’s Government hanging the services of 108 in the State. YS Jagan heavily reacted on the situation of tribal woman’s delivery became critical due to non-availability of the 108 ambulance.

The tribals brought the pregnant woman in a doli, which is used to carry person on shoulders of the men. The tribal village has no transport access caused to the death of infant baby. Jagan said that during his regime 108 ambulances are easily accessible to the poor people to save their lives with sophisticated equipments.

Now the Chandrababu’s Government is neglecting the maintenance and operations of the 108 services caused heavy losses to the people. The tribal woman’s relatives tried to contact 108 services but their tries gone in vain. At last they booked a auto to the nearest hospital, but on the way to hospital she delivered and the infant baby died.

YS Jagan expressed profound grief on the death of infant baby and consoled the family in his twitter x post and he also shared a video of how tribal people are facing the difficulties to reach the hospital without 108 services.

During his regime the 108 services will reach the needy people in urban areas within 15 minutes, in villages the 108 services will reach in 20 minutes and in tribal areas the 108 services will reach within 30 minutes, he added.
