Vijayawada: Jogi Ramesh, former Minister of AP was sent to judicial custody upto 13th November, 2025. Vijayawada AJMFC Court sent Jogi Ramesh for ten day judicial custody in connection with illicit spurious liquor case.
The excise east police station officers booked a case against Jogi Ramesh in illicit spurious case as accused A-18. They arrested Jogi Ramesh on Sunday early morning at his residence in Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada district. After ten hours interrogation in excise east police station, later police completed health check-ups at GGH at 8 pm.
Later, he was produced before the Magistrate, AJMFC Court. The Magistrate sent him to ten days judicial custody. Jogi Ramesh was shifted to sub-jail Vijayawada. The YSRCP activists, leaders and cadre gathered in a huge numbers at Vijayawada GGH in protest of Jogi Ramesh arrest. They gave anti-slogans against the Government Chandrababu down-down, Jogi Ramesh arrest is a diversion politics, YSRCP Jindabad, Jai Jagan.
