Vijayawada: The NDA Government confined to the development of Andhra Pradesh, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He re- launched developmental works of Amaravathi with Rs. 58K crores on Friday at Velagapudi.

Speaking on the occasion at a public meeting in Velagapudi, behind the Secretariat Modi said that he will give his shoulder to development of AP along with the shoulder of AP Government. The NDA Government is always supporting the development of AP since 10 years. The NDA Government’s both in Central and State is working to fulfill the aspirations of the youth in AP.

The NDA Government is focused on the development of infrastructure rail and road connectivity. The NDA Government allocated Rs. 9K Crore for the development of railway projects in AP. It constructed nearly 750 flyovers and under pass bridges nearly 75 railway stations renovated. The entire AP railway lines are fully electrified.

Modi laid foundation stones for the construction of Amaravathi in 2015 as capital of AP, now he re-launched with 18 new projects for the development of the AP, after NDA formed the Government in AP. He also laid foundation stones for the construction of missile manufacturing centre at Nagayalanka in AP. He also lauded that Sri Hari Kota rocket launching centre is having an asset to AP.

The Amaravathi will stand as one of the city in these sectors i.e., IT, AI, Green Energy, rail, road, missile, agriculture, Medical & Health and Education. Modi said that NDA Government will focus on youth, farmers, women and poor development in the country. These four sectors are the four pillars for the development of the country, he said.

The NDA Government will frame schemes for the development of these sectors. Modi also assured that he will participate at International Yoga Camp on June 21st in AP as requested by the CM of AP. The entire world will look on AP on the Yoga Day.

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM and other Ministers, MPs and MLAs and others attended the meeting.
