37 More Suspects Identified by the SIT at JNU

New Delhi: The SIT has also identified 37 more suspects from a wtsapp group that was created during the violent at JNU campus in New Delhi, said police. The Delhi police identified nine suspects responsible for violence on January 05th, a day before.

The JNU administration on Saturday had undertaken a security audit of hostels to check stay of outsiders and unauthorized students following the January 05 violence on the campus. The JNU administration done the check audit on the request of police on January 07th.

JNU students union president Aisha Ghosh too has been named in the list of suspects. Among the nine individuals seven belongs to the left wing while the remaining two are the right wing.
