AP CM Will Pay Tributes to Potti Sri Ramulu

Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh Government celebrating Andhra Pradesh formation day celebrations for three days, from November 1st. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy decided to celebrate the AP State formation day celebrations first time, after Bifurcating the state Andhra Pradesh into AP and Telangana.

     The AP Government decided to felicitate the eminent personalities of the state in different categories and also pay tributes to the Amarajeevi Potti Sriramulu, who sacrificed his life for the sake of formation of AP state as Linguistic state in 1953.

     AP Governor Vishwa Bhushan Hari Chandan and AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will attend as chief guests on the first day celebrations at Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium at Vijayawada. They will pay tributes to the Amara Jeevi Potti Sri Ramulu.     The AP government celebrating the state formation day celebrations first time after five years gap. The then government neglected to celebrate the formation day celebration from 2014.
