Jagan Will Launch Village Volunteers System on August 15th

Amaravathi: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said that “Village Volunteers” are the bridge to the govt and people. He is going to launch the village volunteers system on August 15th, in the region of Vijayawada-Guntur.

         Speaking to the collectors and Sp’s in the state through a video conference on “Spandana” program on Tuesday from the secretariat, he said that volunteers are the key persons to door deliver the welfare schemes. The Govt. name is depending on the behavior and hard work of the volunteers. If the volunteers offered good services to the beneficiaries will credited good name to the govt. otherwise it gives a bad name, he added.

       He suggested collectors and SP’s we will provide a training to the volunteers to achieve the good name. The village secretariat will issue the cards to the tenant farmers, he said. This tenant card is valid only for eleven months; it provides rights on the crop only without the adverse effects to the land owners on their rights.   

       The tenant card holders are the eligible to get the benefits of “Rythu Barosa” Scheme. The scheme is going to launch on 15th October for the rebi season. He is going to invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Launch the Scheme.
