Doha, Qatar: Emir of Qatar urged the international community not to grant Israel unrestricted authorization to kill Palestinians in its fight against Hamas. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Qatar Emir said it will be a dangerous escalation that threatens global security.
