Hyderabad: TRS President, Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandra Sekhar Rao welcomed Huzurabad Congress leader P Kaushik Reddy into TRS party by wearing party’s upper garment on Wednesday at Pragathi Bhavan.

The Congress leader Kaushik Reddy resigned Congress and joined in ruling TRS party ahead of Huzurabad bye elections, which had yet to be scheduled. Kaushik Reddy joined in the presence of KCR along with his father and other prominent leaders of Huzurabad Constituency. Kaushik Reddy was defeated in 2018 elections as Congress candidate against the TRS candidate Etela Rajender.

Due to the differences with the Chief Minister KCR, Etela Rajender resigned his MLA post, TRS party and joined BJP.
