Davos: Telangana Industries Minister KTR officially opened State Pavilion on Monday at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos. The pavilion showcases the progressive initiatives of the Telangana Government and features the slogan Telangana – A World of Opportunities.

PepsiCo, an American multinational food corporation, announced during this WEF Summit that it intends to increase its operation in Hyderabad and hire 1,200 people over the next 1.5 years. The business made this announcement while attending the World Economic Forum in Davos. At the Telangana Pavilion, Roberto Azevedo, EVP Corporate Affairs, PepsiCo, met with the Industries Minister KTR to go through the company’s expansion ambitions.

In collaboration with the Telangana Government, Apollo Tyres Ltd. has also announced the opening of a Digital Innovation Center in Hyderabad. A MoU was signed on Tuesday at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
