New Delhi: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will attend her first public event on Sunday afternoon. According to TMC sources, she will address the gathering at the end of the rally in Hazra.

She will lead a huge road show in Kolkata in a wheelchair. After the treatment of leg fracture she was discharged from SSKM hospital two days ago, now Mamatha Banerjee is going to participate in the election campaigns for her party’s victory.

She sustained “severe bone injuries” on her left foot and ankle as well as bruises and injuries on her shoulder, forearm and neck, according to the report of her initial medical examination. She was released from hospital on Friday.
