Our Ministers are not for sale: Kamal Nath
Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath said that my Ministers are not for sale. The resignation of an MLA and the disappearance of three others will not threaten the stability of his Government, he said.
Speaking in an event in the state he said that the Congress recovered six of the MLAs from a hotel in Gurgaon near Delhi after a late—night operation on Tuesday. He alleged that the BJP’s efforts to bring down the Government by taking 10 MLAs and accommodate them in a hotel on Tuesday. We have to make sure the standards of the politics do not drop, he said. Kamal Nath has summoned all Congress MLAs to Bhopal for a show of strength, after missing the three MLAs.
Hardeep Dang, MLA in his letter claimed that he was being ignored by the party. He also said that no Ministers are not willing to work as they are part of a corrupt Government. Mahendra Sisodia, a State Minister said that the Government will be in crisis the day Jyothiraditya Scindia is ignored or dishonoured.
Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh said that the Congress Government was completely safe despite the BJP’s efforts to lure away MLAs. It is operation Money bags, not Operation Lotus by the BJP, he said.
