Lok Sabha Secretariat issues notice to two TMC and one YSRCP MPs under Anti – Defection law

New Delhi: Lok Sabha Secretariat issued notices to two TMC MPs and one MP from YSRCP under the Anti – Defection Law. As per the reliable sources TMC MPs Shishir Adhikari and Sunil Kumar Mandal and YSRCP MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju were issued notices under the anti-defection law on Thursday by Lok Sabha Secretariat. The TMC and the YSR Congress had approached Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla with complaints against the three MPs.

The notices issued to Shishir Adhikari and Sunil Kumar Mandal was switched over to BJP, after they elected from TMC. YSRCP MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju has been speaking against the party’s President and AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The Lok Sabha Secretariat issues letter to three MPs, in response to petitions received under Anti-Defection Law. They have been asked to give their comments within 15 days of the receipt of letters, said sources.
