New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid floral tributes to “Father of the Nation” Mahatma Gandhi at Raj Ghat on Wednesday, on the occasion of Gandhiji’s 150^th birth anniversary.

   President Ram Nath Kovind, Vice- President M. Venkaiah Naidu paid tributes to Gandhi.

   The AICC Supremo Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi, daughter Priyanka Vadra Gandhi paid tributes to Gandhiji on occasion 150^th birth anniversary.

   Later Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tributes to the Gandhiji’s portrait at Central Hall in Parliament building. Sonia Gandhi also paid tributes in the Parliament building along with Modi and other leaders. Modi also paid tributes to former Prime Minister Late Lal Bahadur Shastri’s portrait at Parliament Central Hall on the occasion of his 115^th birth anniversary.
